A graduate in hotel management, Mandaar brings over two decades of hands-on expertise running fine dining restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cafes, microbreweries, and banquets across India and the USA.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Amit is a seasoned hotelier, a business strategist and an expert in Digital Marketing, who knows what it takes to make restaurants thrive in today's competitive landscape.

A graduate in hotel management, Amit’s career spans top roles including CEO at Allianz Technology Thailand and Vice President at HSBC, where he drove significant growth across Asia and Europe.

His expertise focuses on four core strengths:

• Digital Marketing: Creating powerful, data-driven campaigns that attract diners and build lasting customer loyalty.

• Financial Prudence: Applying sharp financial discipline to boost profitability while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Lean Operations: Streamlining businesses and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Hospitality & Hotel Management: Drawing on decades of hands-on experience managing hotels and restaurants worldwide.
